Because we wanted a more efficient way of making the beer clearer, we decided to buy a CCT (Conical Fermenter)

To install the CCT , these 2 brackets had to be installed in the fermentation fridge.

To prevent the screws from being pulled trough the fridge wall by the weight of a full CCT we reinforced the wall with 2 metal strips

The end result and test with water to see if everything stays in place.
The temperature sensor of the brewpi is inserted into the temperature probe hole so we can get a precise measurement of the temperature of the brew.
